Adult MHFA Half Day - Aware

Our half day course is an introductory four hour session to raise awareness of mental health.

LivingWorks safeTALK is a four-hour face-to-face workshop featuring powerful presentations, audiovisuals, and skills practice.

safeTALK Course

safeTALK is a half-day alertness training that prepares anyone 15 or older, regardless of prior experience or training, to become a suicide-alert helper.
